The Ruby Frost is one of NY's newest produced apples. They are excellent blend of sweet and tart. Perfect for savory seasonal dishes, as well as an ideal baking apple thanks to it's plump, luscious size,crisp crunch and white flesh. Due to their high vitamin C volume, they are slow to brown; making them pefect for charcuterie boards and salads.
